Twice annually the independent research firm ForeSee Results surveys customer satisfaction with ecommerce sites. When ForeSee Results posted its findings for the 2008 holiday season this week, Netflix remained #1 for the eighth consecutive survey since 2005. This time Netflix shares the #1 spot with another great online retailer, Amazon.com. We will continue to work diligently in 2009 to keep giving you the best online movie rental experience possible.
