I wanted to give you a little glimpse into my life like I don't do that with these posts already in a more visual way and share some pictures (taken by my brother of course) of my current favourite things.

Firstly, these beautiful roses greet you in my hallway and were given to me by Husband. Perfect.

Given the current inclement weather this has been an absolute blessing in disguise and if you want your own custom made scarf then go visit Thea. I absolutely love mine, isn't it gorgeous? My daughter keeps trying to "borrow" it. I will cave soon and get her one for her birthday I think.


This is something I bought at my favourite shop in Perth, called Et Seq, the shop that is, not my top. I love that I can layer it with a top underneath, or a cardigan over it. I am saving the top for a special occasion. So it might be a while till I wear it, as the most gripping social event I have on my calendar right now is the school run. I know, my life is so cool and glamorous!


These beautiful blankets arrived today and they are FABULOUS. I got them from Cate's Project 18 Auction and I can't wait for the kids to have them on their beds. They are handmade in Vietnam and are all one off pieces. If you are looking for your own, I know Cate has some listed here for her upcoming auction as well.

And finally THESE. Based on recommendations from my Twitter friends after I got told I needed botox, I bought a little "starter pack" of Dermalogica to see if I liked it. They are simply scrumptious. I am so impressed with them. My skin hasn't reacted to them and I am cautiously optimistic this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
