I was contacted a few ago and asked if I would be interested in cooking or baking with TOTAL Greek yogurt and posting the results. I was pretty excited. I love Greek yogurt with a bit of honey or fruit but I'd never considered cooking with it before.
I felt a bit like being on Iron Chef except that I spent about a week deciding what I would make. I'll be channeling my inner Cat Cora.
A giant bag of different varieties was delivered to me this morning
